Our Services:

• Roof Surface Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire roof area for any damage caused by foreign objects or human activity, such as foot traffic or HVAC service work.

• Sheet Metal and Flashing Review: Inspect all sheet metal flashings, including counter flashings at copings, gutters, collector boxes, and downspouts. Verify that they are securely fastened and properly sealed.

• Seam and Penetration Assessment: Examine all field seams, roof curbs, and penetrations to ensure they remain intact and watertight. Confirm that no voids, splits, or separations have developed.

• Report Preparation: Provide a detailed written report to the building owner summarizing the current condition of the roof. Include documentation of any observed damage, signs of roof abuse, or issues that could potentially lead to future problems.

• Roof Access and Safety Components: Inspect the roof access scuttle, ladder, and locking mechanisms. Confirm all are fully operational, and all associated flashings are in place and securely fastened.

• HVAC Unit Check: Verify that all HVAC unit access panels, doors, and covers are correctly installed and securely fastened.

Subscription Pricing:

• Free inspections for properties up to 5,000 sq. ft., for larger properties, inspections are priced at $0.02 per sq. ft. with a minimum charge of $300. Final pricing may vary based on roof complexity and will be agreed upon after an on-site consultation with our commercial roofing expert, Mason.
